IBCKids Summer Camp
Camp 120
Camp 120 is one of the best weeks of the summer for kids who have completed grades 2-5. The name is based on Romans 1:20, which tells us about how God has revealed himself to us in creation.
Packing List
- Bible
- Pen and paper
- Towels (shower and swimming)
wash cloths - Sheets or a sleeping bag for a single bed
- Pillow
- Flashlight
- Toiletries (soap, toothbrush, toothpaste, deodorant)
sunscreen - Modest swimsuit (a one piece or tankini for girls)
- Coverup to wear to the pool and back
- Modest, casual clothing
shoes for walking that can get dirty (not just flip-flops!) - Sandals or rubber shoes for the shower and pool area
- Plastic bag for wet items
- Bag for dirty clothes
- Small book bag or drawstring bag to carry items to camp stations
- Refillable water bottle with camper’s name on it
- Theme dress for Camp 120 Parties
- Spending money for extra concessions at the canteen
- Fishing gear if you plan to fish in the pond

In order to avoid problems, we are asking that you do not allow your children to bring music players of any kind, tobacco, fireworks, or knives. Cell phone service is limited, and if a cell phone is brought to camp, campers will be asked to keep them put away and use only with cabin leader permission. In case of emergency, you can contact the camp at 606-528-3522.
Theme Nights
There are theme nights during Camp 120. During these nights, fun and games revolve around certain themes.
Kids dress up based on the theme and we have a blast together!

2nd grade: Green
3rd grade: Blue
4th grade: Orange
5th grade: Yellow

Wear red, white, and blue. We’re celebrating the birth of America!
Camp Rules & Cell Phone Policy
- All camp activities are mandatory for students. Students MUST
- Stay with leaders at all times.
- Cell phones are only allowed at camp time at night to call home and touch base with parents.
- Call the camp phone at 606-528-3522 for emergencies.
- Students are NOT allowed to be in the cabins of other campers.
- Students are NOT allowed in the lodges of opposite genders.
- Respect ALL authority, including but not limited to church staff, volunteers, and camp leadership.
- Do NOT leave your cabin after lights out.
- Respect ALL camp spaces and clean up after yourself in ALL areas. You and your parents will be responsible for any broken or damaged property.
- Finally, HAVE FUN – in a safe and respectful way!

This form is for our records at Immanuel Baptist Church. It must be filled out by the parent or guardian of kids participating in Camp 120.

Sunday, August 2
All campers will check-in at the camp location, which is Laurel Lake Baptist Camp. Check-in will be from 3-4:30 PM at the Camp Dining Hall.
Check-Out
Wednesday, August 5
Parents and guardians are invited to attend our last worship session on Wednesday, and checkout will be immediately following. Worship will begin at 4:30 PM in the dining hall.
