Troy Nesbitt
Troy Nesbitt has a deep commitment to college students and has given his life to reaching, training, and sending students into ministry. He founded the Salt Company in 1987 at Iowa State University, established Cornerstone Church of Ames in 1994, and currently serves as the President of The Salt Network. This network of churches is dedicated to planting a Salt Company and a church in every major university city. Troy and his wife Pam have been married for 39 years. They are parents to seven children and grandparents to fourteen grandchildren.

Conclave will be at the River Terrace Resort in Gatlinburg, Tennessee.
